By plane and by train
The farm “Fattoria di Cintoia” is located in the open countryside, in a hilly area, a few km from the nearest town, so if you decide to arrive by plane or train you need to rent a car both to reach the farm, and to plan excursions. Cars can be rented directly at the airport. The nearest airport is Florence, called Amerigo Vespucci and is connected with the main European cities. The nearest railway station is Scopeti (a few kilometers away from the farm) and well connected to the FIRENZE S.M.N railway station.
Even for those arriving by car, the use of the train can in fact be a valid alternative to the car to visit Florence, since that main railway station of Florence (Santa Maria Novella) is located in the historic center of the city.
