Our Agriturismo opens all year round and the price list is divided into 2 seasons: high and low season.
The summer high season (from the end of June till the whole month of August). The weekly minimum stay is from Saturday to Saturday for what concerns apartments.
The high season is also scheduled for Christmas and Easter periodo, Moto GP and italian bank holidays.

Prices include:

• Bed linen and towels with weekly change
• Consumption of water, gas, electricity and HEATING
• Wi-fi connection, TV,  phon, parking, seasonal swimming pool, playground and small dog pool
• Final cleaning
• Arrivals / Departures: arrivals from 15:00 to 17:00 and departureswithin 10:00

Deposit: A reservation guarantee requires a deposit of 50% on the total amount of the stay to be made by bank transfer.
Balance: Upon arrival at the facility

Accepted payments: Cash and credit cards

Minimum stay fo the apartments:

• 2 nights (1 night for the bedrooms)
• 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday) in high season during the summer period
• Rates and minimum stay may vary for Bankholidays and events

Prices do not include:

• Tourist tax € 1.00 per day per person

• washing machine

Booking cancellation terms:

Any cancellations must be received in writing via email.
Canceled bookings will be subject to penalties as follows:

• Up to 15 days before arrival the deposit will be retained.
• From 15 days to 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained and an additional penalty equal to 50% of the entire booked stay will be applied.
• From 7 to 0 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged.
